LIFE UPDATE.

     I have been meaning to write this post for like 3 months, I'm slacking harddd. I do have super exciting news though! I have joined It Works!

     Some of you probably know what this is and are either super happy or super annoyed that ANOTHER person has joined the bandwagon (if you are the latter, just jump on with us already!). If you don't know what It Works is, I'm going to tell you!

     It Works is an AMAZING company that has over thirty all-natural beauty and health products. We're most known for "that crazy wrap thing" that tightens, tones, and firms your body from the neck down, but there are so many other products!! Some of my favourites are Hair Skin Nails, Confianza, and Energy!

     I'm currently doing a 90 day Hair Skin Nails challenge and LOVING IT. Hair Skin Nails is exactly like the name says. It's about supporting the health, beauty, strength and shine of hair, skin and nails by nourishing them from the inside out! I've only been doing it for about a week now, but my hair is already feeling way healthier, and it has been less dirty lately which I am stoked about.

    Confianza is an herbal based supplement designed to enhance your bodies ability to cope with stress - physical, emotional and environment. and it helps increase energy levels. Which is fantastic when you're trying to finish two credits in three weeks, so you can finally graduate.

    I'm actually super addicted to Energy. We just had a BOGO sale in Canada, and I may have bought 10 cases. Oops? They are SO good though. You're only supposed to have two cans in one day, but I usually only need one, unless it's 3 in the morning and I'm writing a blog post.
